Another very good descent with pine trees is the one that descends directly to the beginning of the “Bosque” chairlift. I´ve always known this area as “the numbers”. There has to be quite a lot of snow to descend along this steep wooded slope. In the year 1996 the descent was unforgettable due to the huge number of broken pine trees. Many of the split trunks were about a meter in diameter. It seemed as if a giant had passed through, clouting the trees as he went. Anyway, there was a lot of snow and a good descent was easily possible. The photo is of that very Winter. It was the era of hard boots and asymmetric boards.

Otra bajada con pinos muy buena es la que baja directa hasta el principio del telesilla "Bosque". Siempre se ha conocido esta zona como "los números". Tiene que haber bastante nieve para poder bajar por esta inclinada pendiente boscosa. En el año 1996 era impresionante bajar por allí por la gran cantidad de pinos que había tronchados. Muchos troncos partidos tenían un diámetro que rondaría el medio metro. Parecía que había pasado un gigante dando mamporros. De todas formas hubo mucha nieve y podía bajarse muy bien. La foto es precisamente de ese invierno. Corrían los tiempos de la bota dura y las tablas asimétricas.
